Next meeting of the collaborative group of the Americas in Dallas, October 11-12th 2010.

The fourth biennial Insight meeting will be held from 30th March to 2nd April 2011, Hyatt Regency Hill Country, San Antonio, Texas.

Unfortunately due to the ash cloud the meeting could not take place in Mallorca as intended on the 17th of April 2010. We have decided to change the location to Paris in order to be very sure that we can make this meeting that Gabriela Möslein and Hans Vasen are organizing together again. A cordial invitation to all interested participants to join us once again for our Mallorca-Group meetin in Palma de Mallorca. Gabriela Möslein and Hans Vasen are organizing this meeting together. You may find the provisional program here: Download PDF.

Please note that the program may still be subject to changes! Suggestions from your side are always highly appreciated!

There where a total of 410 participants from 39 countries registered for this meeting. New attending countries have been Pakistan, Bolivia and Argentina among others. Members of the Mallorca-Group where heavily involved in the InSiGHT-Meeting. During the combined NIH-HVP-InSiGHT-Sessions several of the Mallorca studies where introduced and received highly positive feedback and support.

As the members of the Mallorca-Group are aware Shirley Hodgon together with several members of the Mallorca-Group has established guidelines for Peutz-Jeghers-Syndrom. The manuscript has been submitted to GUT. Keep your fingers crossed, that there will soon be another excellent publication from our group regarding polyposis.

Registration for the InsiGHT Meeting in Düsseldorf (June 23 - 27) now open. Online registration requested.

Collaboration between C-CFR, HVP and InSiGHT with a focus of concerted action to be taken There will be two highly interesting meetings prior to the actual InSiGHT meeting itself. These will focus on variants on the 23.6.2009 from 4 - 7 pm and will be hosted by the FP6 group (Organization Rolf Sijmons and Robert Hoestra).
